LACA at BondSt
On Tuesday, February 24, the Los Angeles Concierge Association
held its monthly meeting at the Thompson Beverly Hills' BondSt
that features New Japanese cuisine with European and Asian influences.
Concierges were impressed with Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski's
specially prepared pre-fixed menu that included Szechuan yellowtail
sashimi, big eye tuna tarts, sea bass tempura, wild Alaskan roasted
cod, jidori chicken, a selection of sushi and an assortment of sweets.
