Neighborhood dining uptown just got a little better with the addition of Bankers Hill, an upscale yet affordable tavern whose urban industrial decor includes exposed beams, a chandelier made from a cluster of glassware and a living wall of succulent plants mounted over the patio. Chef Carl Schroeder (Market) crafts a seasonally changing menu of dishes like deviled eggs with bacon, deliciously messy pork shoulder tacos and creamy burrata cheese well-paired with silky prosciutto ham and Italian olives.
